📅 Return & Replacement Window

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

🔁 Replacement Policy

Replacement is allowed only for defective, damaged, or wrong products.
You must provide photo or video proof clearly showing the issue.
Once we receive and verify the product, we will send a replacement item.

👉 If the same product is not available, you can choose:

A coupon code for future purchase, or
A refund to your original payment method

💰 Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted only for:
- Damaged product
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect
You must submit clear proof (photos/videos) of the issue.
After we receive the returned product and verify it:
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days

🚚 Return Shipping Charges

For orders below ₹600, a delivery/return charge will be applicable
For defective or wrong items, we may waive the return charges (after verification)

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or replacement:

Product must be unused and unwashed
Saree must be in original condition with tags and packaging
No stains, perfume smell, or damage caused by the customer

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Used or worn sarees
Products without original packaging or tags
Items returned without prior request
Slight color variation due to screen differences (this is normal)

📝 How to Request a Return/Replacement

Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Share your:
- Order ID
- Issue details
- Photo/video proof
Our team will review and confirm the request
Ship the product back (if approved)

⚠️ Important Notes

Refund/replacement will be processed only after product inspection
We reserve the right to reject requests if conditions are not met
Please record an unboxing video for faster claim approval
